About the Practice
When you register with us you will be assigned a named doctor. However, you may choose whichever doctor you would like to see if they are available; you are not obliged to see your assigned one. There are currently four permanent doctors, but on occasion there may be extra doctors or locums that are with us for a short time. These will always be fully qualified doctors. Occasionally we may have medical students sitting in with a qualified doctor. If this is the case we will notify you before you see the doctor, and you will be asked to sign to say you do not mind this. There is no obligation to sign the form and if you would rather see the doctor alone, we will ask the student to leave during your consultation.
The practice recognises the rights of patients to choose a named healthcare professional and this will be accommodated where possible although sometimes this may mean a wait.
Our Current Catchment Area
We currently register patients with a SW2 and SE24 postcode.
Summary Care Records
This practice is part of the National Summary Care Records programme. A program which enables the secured sharing of patient information between different parts of the local NHS, GP Surgery and Hospital. Summary Care Records only contain details of any allergies or bad reaction you have experience in the past and current medication you are taking. This information can only be viewed by authorised healthcare staff treating you and with your consent. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this way please ask at reception for a opt out form.
